The staff here were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The spacious room was well-maintained and had a great bathroom. The laundry service was efficient and convenient. The highlight of my stay was the Ayurvedic massage, which was not only relaxing but also a great value for money. The pool was lovely and well-maintained, providing a refreshing retreat. The restaurant served superb food, and the prices were reasonable. This charming heritage resort offers spacious and comfortable rooms with airy interiors. Some rooms have large windows that allow natural light to enter. the restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff is very helpful. It's located near a river, providing a peaceful and calm atmosphere for its guests.

The pool area could use some improvement as it's not well-maintained, and the restroom near the pool is not up to standard.

The hotel provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere as it was surrounded by lush greenery and pristine river. the staff were very accommodating, particularly in the restaurant where they served delicious dishes at fair prices. the swimming pool was well-maintained, and lifeguards were present at all times to ensure guests' safety.

The extra bed provided in our room was subpar. the mattress had noticeable tears, and it was clearly uncomfortable.
